I was picked up at the train station. That was very helpful and kind. The rooms are nice and clean. A kitchen in the basement (including laundromat) can obviously be used by guests. From what I gathered during my short trip it was good value for Danish prices...
The hotel is some 20 min walk from the city center and buses run only every half an hr during weekdays. The hotel does not have a real breakfast room - you can eat either at the little table in your room or at a similarly small table in the basement kitchen.

The owner was very prompt on responding to questions via email. During our stay he was attentive and helpful but also left us alone to enjoy our stay. He was so helpful, he even assisted when our car wouldn't start! The b&b has a kitchen for our use which was perfect for preparing bottles and food for our 6 month old daughter. We also got take out and ate in there whilst she slept in our room. Sharing bathroom was not a problem as it was close to our room and was avalible when we needed it - other guests were mainly business people who had already left by the time we got up at 7.30. Breakfast was good. For a stay with a personal touch, this is much better than a chain hotel.

Both room and bathroom was very clean and tidy. Kitchen was also OK.
I couldn´t pay with credit card. But it was easy to find a bankautomat.

Nice quiet area. Helpful to have the use of the kitchen. Free wi-fi.

The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. City centre only 15 walking minutes away, bus station 2 walking minutes away.

Good location, 15 mins walk to centre. Generally very clean (but when we pulled the spare bed out pre outs guests rubbish came out as well).
Manager is offsite which means a phone call to check in and a wait to check out.

Even though we were late arriving they were very kind. The breakfast was wonderful.

We got whole apartment even we just booked twin room, that was nice suprise. At apartment was large livingroom with satelite TV-channels. Bedroom and bathroom has too space enough.
No garden

The location is good for leisure and rest . Supermarket is nearby . The Kitchen is well-equiped.

The house is very beautiful and contains all the facilities. My room was very clean. The street is very peaceful and quiet. Way to the Central Station takes about ten minutes. The host is cheerful and friendly. I would like to recommend this place to everyone.

It's located in the residential area therefore it's very quiet and peaceful. I booked a single room (which I saw from the photo that there's only one room and opened to the big private terrace) but I ended up in a 4-bed room instead (all for myself and charged only for one person). The room was spacious and also the bathroom. There's a big kitchen and a dining room in the basement which I didn't use it. There's also a computer for free use if anyone needs to check mail or some travel info. Walking from the train station takes about 15-18 minutes.
I would suggest the hotel to inform the client(s) at the time of confirmation whether or not they will get the room they want, especially when you don't have many rooms. If I had booked for more than 2 nights and the weather was good, I would not be happy not to get the one with the terrace. But I do understand when someone books for a long period, he/she should get the best room first.

We were upgraded to a small apartment which turned out to be not small at all. You can easily lodge 4 people there. Considering we were just two, you can imagine we had enough space. Good tv, nice sofa, fridge and your very own kitchen where you can cook if you desire so. Location is perfect, close to a food store and relatively close to the center. We felt pretty safe and good there.
Internet was up and down, could probably be better. Payment is cash only.

The room was nice and spacious. Everything was really clean, including the bathroom that we had to share. The downsides of the the b&b:
The downsides of the the b&b: - the second B (breakfast) is not included, which I find rather odd. However, we understood that this is common in Denmark (perhaps they should change the name then). - the doors in the house make a lot of noise. Somehow it is only possible to close them if you really use force for it. The owners should really do something about this. - the B&B staff were not present at the B&B. We actually had to call them to check in (their response was: are you there already? You are too early!) not a very warm welcome. Also when we wanted to leave we had to call them to pay. - I like B&Bs because of the personal approach. so i would expect some information available at the B&B about the sights in the city and some suggestions for restaurants etc. But this was nowhere to be found.
